Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus postage charges. It is up to the customer to pay for the postage to return any items.
Refunds will not be processed until the goods have been safely returned to our office in good condition with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can only ship to addresses in Australia. All orders are shipped out using Australia Post.
